HOW IT WORKS:

1. Send me the pet photos you'd like to get done and any other requests to my email: hello@florabaiart.com.

2. The order will be confirmed within 24 hours.

3. Your pet portrait sketches will be sent through email within 2 business days (maybe longer during holiday times) once the order is confirmed by the artist, which is me;) I offer unlimited revisions on sketches, you can request as many touchups as you like until it's perfect! BUT may cause a longer final product delivery time.

4. After you approve the sketch, the artist will start working on the final drawing, which will be delivered to you within 7 business days. The completed image will be sent to you via email, along with a Dropbox link to download a high-quality digital version of the portrait (in png or jpeg format and with a resolution of 300dpi).
